The market row numbers are not obvious from the road. Navigate to the ICICI Bank branch — we are on the second floor directly above it. Call when you are outside and someone will come down.

Where exactly is Zigyan located?
SCO 107, Second Floor, Sector 16, Faridabad, Haryana 121002 — directly above the ICICI Bank branch in the Sector 16 market row. It is the only Zigyan centre; we run one campus deliberately, because it is how batch sizes stay small and the same faculty teach every batch.
What are your timings?
The office is open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Batch timings vary by programme and are set around school hours — a mentor can tell you the specific slots for your child’s class.
Can I speak to a teacher rather than an admissions desk?
Yes, and it is the point. Academic questions get answered by someone who is in a classroom that week. If you want to speak to Rahul Kaushik Sir specifically, call and ask — it may need an appointment, but it is a normal request rather than an unusual one.
I am travelling from outside Faridabad — is it worth the trip?
Tell us where from before you set out. For Ballabhgarh and Greater Faridabad the honest answer is often the online programme rather than a daily commute, and we would rather say that on the phone than after you have driven in.
