service
The agreement between you and Zigyan Eduvision Pvt Ltd when you use this website, enrol in a programme, or use the Zigyan practice platform.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Zigyan Eduvision Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India and operating from SCO 107, Second Floor, Sector 16, Faridabad, Haryana 121002.
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms on their behalf. Most Zigyan students are minors, so in practice this is the normal case rather than the exception, and the agreement is with the parent.
Accounts and acceptable use
Where an account exists, it is personal to the student named on it. Keep the password confidential, give accurate information, and do not share access. You may not use Zigyan commercially without written permission, upload unlawful or defamatory material, harass other users, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or disrupt it — including by distributing malware or attempting denial-of-service.
We may suspend or close an account, or end a student's enrolment, where these terms are broken.
What you may do with our material
Notes, question papers, solutions, recorded lessons and platform content are protected by Indian copyright law. Enrolment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from them without written consent. Sharing a paid programme's material with a student who has not enrolled is the case this clause is written for.
The remaining terms
Fees are as set out in the fee schedule for the programme you enrol in, and are payable in instalments. Applicable taxes are your responsibility. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Liability. Zigyan is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws in force in India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
