What families ask us before joining and in the first month after: how admission works, what a week actually looks like, how doubts get answered, and what changes if you study online. Where we do not have a published answer, this page says so and tells you who to ask.

Getting in, and what it costs
How does admission work?
Through ZEST, the Zigyan Entrance cum Scholarship Test. One paper decides both admission and the scholarship — there is no separate admission test and no interview. Registration is ₹200 and it is not refundable. Full detail is on the admissions page.
What does a programme cost?
The ₹200 ZEST registration is the only amount published anywhere on this site. The programme fee is discussed in counselling once your ZEST concession is known, so that the conversation starts from what you will actually pay rather than from a list price. Scholarships go up to 100%.
Can I see a class before deciding?
Yes, and you are welcome to ask. Sitting in on a live class is the single most useful thing a parent can do before choosing an institute, and very few ask. Come to SCO 107, Sector 16 any day between 10:00 and 19:00, or call first and we will tell you which batch is running.
Which classes do you teach?
Class IX to Class XII, and the dropper year for students who have finished Class XII. Programmes cover IIT-JEE, NEET, the science Olympiads and board preparation — see all six programmes.

What a week actually looks like
When are classes?
Students still at school are taught in the evening, 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM — timed to start after the school day ends. The morning batches are for Class XII Pass students only: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays, and 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Sundays. The centre itself is open all seven days, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
How big is a batch?
Capped at 35 students — deliberately, and at a real cost to us. Capping batch size caps intake, and every year there are more applicants than seats. Thirty-five is the number at which a teacher can still name every student's weakest chapter, which is the whole point of the cap.
How do I get a doubt answered?
Doubt sessions run at the centre and you can drop into them — no appointment, no queue system. Students on the online programme get same-day doubt support. The teacher answering is the teacher who taught it: faculty stay with a batch for the year rather than rotating through it, so your Physics teacher does not change in February.
What happens if my child misses a class?
Video lectures are provided for the missed session, and the teacher who took the class will go through what was covered. Catching up is not left to the student to organise alone — the point of a capped batch is that a teacher notices an absence and what it cost.
How often will I hear from you as a parent?
There is a parent-teacher meeting for every class every 45 days. You do not have to wait for one: parents can meet any faculty member on any day, at 7:00 PM — no appointment needed. Test reports go to students after every paper.

Is the online programme a different course?
No — it is the same batch. Same faculty, same test series, same doubt support, taught live rather than recorded. It is not a separate product with its own dashboard. Detail on the online learning page.
Who should study online rather than travel?
Students far enough out that the commute costs more than it returns — Greater Faridabad, Neharpar, the far sectors, Ballabhgarh on a bad evening. An hour a day on the road is a subject’s worth of study time. Many families use online through the school year and move to the classroom from Class XI.
Do online students sit the same tests?
Yes — the same weekly quizzes and the same monthly full-length papers, on the same CBT interface the real exam uses. Most online families come in for the monthly test even when they do not come in for classes.

Getting papers, notes and the free mock
Do I have to enrol to get study material?
No. Tell us which pack you want and we will send it by email or WhatsApp, usually the same day — or collect printed copies from the centre during office hours. There is no charge and no sign-up.
Are there PDFs to download?
Not as downloads — we send material on request rather than hosting a download library. It is a deliberate choice: it means we know what you asked for and can send the right thing for your class, rather than pointing you at a folder.
Is the free mock test really free?
Yes. No card, no fee, no enrolment. Sit it, take the report away, and never call us — that is a fair use of it. Start the test.

Tell us, and the page gets corrected. Timings shift slightly around board exams and the test calendar, and the batch a student is placed in depends on their class and which programme they sit. What is on this page is the standard schedule — the office will confirm the specific one for your child in a minute on the phone.

Ask to sit in on a live class. It takes half an hour, it costs nothing, and it tells you more than any page on this website can.
